Over 20 years as a Solution Architect, across diverse industries and technologies.

Since then I have watched — and adapted to — the whole evolution of the industry. From designing comprehensive enterprise solutions to architecting web and mobile applications, the constant has been learning the next thing properly rather than superficially.

I design scalable systems and then build them. Requirements are the floor, not the ceiling — the goal is software that still makes sense to the team maintaining it two years later.

Rates begin at NZD $90/hr for support and maintenance, $120/hr for web and mobile builds, and $150/hr for architecture and AI. We agree the scope and rate before work begins.
